The-Mystical-Pearl-Margolioth

Thursday, August 23rd, 2018

Transferring the Precious Stones is a Metaphor for the self-sacrifice shown by Reb Yitzchak, the father of the Great Rabbi Rashi. Reb Yitzchak was willing to drown to avoid his precious Pearl from being used for Idol Worship. By using the “Jester” Archetype that he had inherited from his forefather, King David, the grandchildren of Reb Yitzchak, who were the grandchildren of Rashi, upon fleeing the Pogroms of France in the 13th century, adopted the name Margolioth, meaning “pearl” (or “Margolioth” in Hebrew”). They were primarily the descendants of Rashi and Rebbeinu Tam. Later Meir, Yitzchak Ber and Arye Leib Margolioth became more than prominent disciples of the Baal Shem Tov, since the families were also close personally. My Great-grandmother Sarah Margolioth/Harris arrived in Cape Town in 1901 from Lodz, Poland. The “Precious Stone” or pearl is explained by the Alter Rebbe in a Sichos Yud-Tes Kislev (Vol. 32) as being the “Inner Secret” of the Crown of the King that He is prepared to crush and add to Pure Water (like the Red Heifer) so that even a drop has the power to heal the ailing king`s child.

The Magical Symbolic meaning of the Hebrew Alphabet: How it pertains to Exile and Redemption

The significance of leaving Mitzraim, while historically corresponding to the “Exit of Egypt”, has become incorporated as an Archetypal Template to remind us (through the repetition of the Passover narrative to remind us that G-d Hears our pleas of entrapment and opens the channels to free us. The initial Exile was the sin caused by the Archetypal Reptile (תנינא). The source of the current exile is loshon Hara, (the פ, meaning the mouth). Expanding our consciousness immunizes us against the prejudice of “evil-talk”. G-d Hears our distress when we repent. Our pleas are carried by our Righteous Leaders to the Divine Name of ס’ג (Sag).

Torah-Revelation-Moses-to-Rashbi

The video begins with an informal exchange between Dr. Trappler and a student off-camera. The doctor then provides a summary of historical events which illustrate the concept of G-d retracting and then revealing his Inner Light. The “Body” of the Torah was originally expressed at the Revelation at Sinai. In contrast, the “Inner Soul” of the Light of the Torah was manifest on the day of the passing of the original Master of the Esoteric- Rabbi Shimeon Ben Yochai (The Rashbi), when he named the disciples gathered around his bed (as witnesses) to reveal, in an impromptu deliberation, what is now generically referred to as “The Zohar”.
