One of the Lubavitcher Rebbe`s letters on vaccinations is being interpreted by some as an open endorsement of current Vaccination Laws. (The Rebbe encourages one not to deviate from accepted medical norms).
This endorsement, however, is predicated by the assumption that Manufacturers adhere to proper standards of safety and quality-control. In 1986 the Department of Health and Human Services passed a law exempting Vaccine Manufacturers from litigation arising from Vaccine Injury. Instead, they created a two Billion Dollar U.S. Taxpayer fund to compensate victims of Vaccination Injury.
According to Scientists from Merck, an unintended consequence of the 1986 “Vaccine Protection Act” was that, in contrast to all other drugs being developed (beginning in Non-Primates, and leading sequentially to Non-Human Primates, and finally healthy volunteers) and only released upon completion of such rigorous Safety Field Trials. In contrast, vaccines would now receive an EZ-Pass, exempt from the Field-Trials designed to protect the target-population from ever having to resort to injury-litigation. This was the condition that the Rebbe referred to as “internal quality – control”.
Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, the contemporary accepted authority on the Jewish Code of Law (The Shulchan Aruch), regarded any parenteral injection as an Intrusive Intervention: One justified only by a compelling predicate, like an epidemic of Smallpox or Polio, which carry a high rate of Mortality and Disability, to justify the risk of vaccinations (“intrusive interventions”) to a healthy population.
In this regard, I find it difficult to justify mandating vaccinations of live virus responsible for S.T.D.`s to the infants of a protected community such as Amish or Orthodox Jews. Illnesses such as Hepatitis B are transmitted for the most part via body-fluids (sexual intimacy) and the sharing of contaminated needles.
Gardasil is a vaccination consisting of recombinant human papillomavirus [types 6, 11, 16, 18], and is used for the prevention of certain strains of Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Human Papilloma virus is the infectious agent associating the high-risk of Cervical Cancer and early promiscuity.
Very few parents know that Gardasil has come under intense scrutiny from medical professionals around the world, or that the Federal Drug Administration itself attributed 85 deaths specifically to its use between June 2006 and June 2013.
However, following this disclosure, many reports surfaced, some on YouTube describing more deaths, as well as graphic reports of paralysis and other serious neurological and autoimmune side-effects attributed to Gardasil. The vaccine was subsequently banned in Japan as well as Sweden, while Spain has placed it on probation.
In New York, however, legislation was passed in 2019, slating it to be administered, even without parental consent, to girls in yeshiva over the age of 8 years. That legislators in Albany would enforce injections as toxic as Gardasil into a population where Cervical Cancer is virtually unheard of, shows a total lack of consideration of parental rights the Geneva Convention, and the sacred oath taken by physicians to “Do No Harm”.
